Job summary

Watco in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Mobile Conveyor / Machine Operator. Starting pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, DOE. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Mon - Fri. Location: 4438 State Road 91, Oshkosh, WI 54904.

You will operate heavy equipment including skid steers, reach stackers, bobcats, and mobile conveyors to support daily transloading and site operations. Work outdoors in varying conditions with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience operating equipment preferred.
• Ability to pass classroom and field evaluations for equipment.
• Familiarity with cargo types and safety hazards.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Credentials for equipment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely to support daily transloading.
• Transfer bulk materials between trucks, railcars, vessels, barges, and storage areas.
• Inspect equipment before and after use; report issues promptly.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and teamwork.
• Work outdoors in varying weather; maintain a clean, safe work area.
