Quality Talent Group is seeking a reliable quarry equipment operator for our client in the industrial sector. You will operate front end loaders, dozers, backhoes, graders, excavators and skid steers, performing daily inspections and ensuring safe, efficient material handling.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, is comfortable working in varying weather, and can perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining clear communication with crew and quality personnel to adjust

Qualifications

• Read and write proficiently.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in varying weather; quarry experience preferred.
• Experience operating/maintaining and troubleshooting heavy equipment.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Operate front end loaders, dozers, backhoes, grader, excavators and skid steer loaders.
• Operate mobile equipment based on quarry operational requirements.
• Inspect all operating equipment each shift, complete inspection sheets and report problems.
• Correct malfunctions or irregularities of operating equipment.
• Maintain strong communication with quality personnel and adjust material blends as required.
