Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Lansing, MI is seeking a Forklift/Hilo Operator for the 3rd shift to support warehouse operations and material movement. You will operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts, load trucks, unload inbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory positioning.

The ideal candidate has sit-down forklift experience, can pass a post-offer drug screen and background check, and is able to work overtime and weekends. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

SUMMARY

Our Manufacturing company is seeking Forklift drivers to join our team. We're looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
• SAFETY
• Must be able to stand for 8 or more hours a day
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work
• Must have good communication skills
• Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others
• Maintain constructive relationships
