Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Forklift/HILO Operator to join our Hazel Park, MI warehouse team. You will operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts, move product within the facility, and load trucks while maintaining safety protocols.

Candidates must have sit-down forklift experience and be able to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check. Overtime and weekend availability are required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory.
• Experience with aerial/boom lift and stand-up forklifts is preferred.
• Must pass post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift safely.
• Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and store inventory.
• Rack and stack product up to tall heights.
• Ensure safe operations and communicate effectively.

SUMMARY

Our Manufacturing company is seeking Forklift drivers to join our team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
• Make SAFETY Personal
• Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others
• Maintain constructive relationships
• Take initiative to make things better
• Lead by example
• Be on time

Qualifications and Experience

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory
• Arial lift, boom lift, scissor lift, and stand-up forklift experience
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check

Certifications (Preferred):

• Forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-compliant).
• Aerial/boom lift certification.
