Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is seeking Assemblers to join the warehouse and manufacturing team. This role requires dedication, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading and unloading, inventory handling, safety focus, and maintaining production flow. The position offers stable hours with a 3rd shift schedule Sunday 9pm-6:15am and Monday-Friday 10pm-6:15am, with eligible shift premiums.

Qualifications

• Must pass post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
• Sit-down forklift experience mandatory (1+ year).
• Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and put inventory away.
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
• Maintain safety at all times and follow personal protective equipment rules.
• Must be able to stand for 8–9 hours daily and be available for overtime and weekend work.
• Communicate effectively with team and coordinate tasks.

SUMMARY

Our Manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our assembly line team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player. It’s important for new hires to hit the ground running and must be able to work.

Staring Pay: $18.75/hour

Hilo Prem: $1.00/hour

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour

3rd Shift : Sunday 9pm-6:15am

Monday-Friday 10pm-6:15am

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
• Make SAFETY Personal
• Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.)

Qualifications and Experience

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory 1+ years
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
• Forklift experience preferred
