Mobile Equipment Operator 1 (Finance)

This role involves operating heavy equipment such as knuckleboom, wheel loader, or front-end loader. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment like loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, and other industrial machinery.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, sort, and transport material following safety, quality, environmental, and production standards.
• Move materials to and from processing equipment, railroad cars, trucks, storage areas, and other locations accurately.
• Operate levers and pedals to drive trucks and control lifting apparatus.
• Position forks, lifting platforms, or other devices to load and transport pallets, skids, boxes, or materials.
• Unload and stack materials by raising and lowering lifting devices.
• Participate in and understand the importance of bin/sku management principles.
• Follow FIFO inventory management practices.
• Assist in physical inventories as needed.
• Help move treatment charges for storage, loading, and unloading.
• Assist in maintenance and servicing of mobile equipment, including inspections, fueling, safety checks, and cleaning.
• Train peers in equipment operation.
• Document and report mechanical issues and maintenance needs.
• Contribute to the company safety program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
