The Doe Run Company is seeking a mobile equipment mechanic for the Boss, Missouri area to ensure process safety and minimize downtime across the Viburnum Trend. This day shift position supports production with on-site training and clear career growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $26.04/hour with a 5% targeted monthly bonus, insurance from day one, and 80 hours of vacation after 90 days; the role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and hands-on mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an industrial maintenance course or auto technology course or one year of auto repair/industrial maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid, current driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Provide scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Manage time to provide effective, timely, and efficient repair and maintenance service.
• Install new equipment and modify existing equipment as required per job site.
• Follow EHS policies and procedures to perform work safely and environmentally compliant; report unsafe acts or conditions.
