Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for technicians on shift.
• Supervise technicians on the shift and address performance or behavioral issues.
• Monitor repair quality and productivity; drive improvements.
• Perform repairs as needed to meet deadlines.
• Recommend modifications to improve safety, quality, or efficiency.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety training.
• Complete reporting to track technician performance and equipment updates.
