Job summary

PetSafe Brands is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of our mobile applications. Build a high-performing team, establish cross-platform standards (Flutter/React Native), and drive quality with unit testing, CI/CD, analytics, and security practices.

Collaborate with backend, firmware, web, product, and QA to deliver cohesive customer journeys across devices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Hands-on background delivering consumer mobile apps at scale with performance and UX focus.
• Experience with Flutter and/or React Native; familiarity with native iOS/Android.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile feature delivery with emphasis on quality, performance, and customer experience.
• Define and enforce mobile architecture, code quality, security and maintainability standards.
• Partner with backend, firmware, web, product, design and QA to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
