Replit is the agentic software creation platform empowering millions to build apps via natural language. This role focuses on shaping the end-to-end mobile user experience and enabling anyone to create software for their phones.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers, ship features, and improve performance in a React Native environment using TypeScript, Expo, Swift, and Kotlin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience optimizing UI rendering performance.
• Experience debugging and deploying iOS or Android apps.
• Familiar with React Native, React, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, mobile and UX engineers to streamline the mobile app toward AI-first creation.
• Introduce new features that make creation on mobile easier and faster.
• Improve the quality and observability of the app.
• Proactively identify user needs to make building on mobile delightful.
