ManpowerGroup's Experis is recruiting for a Mobile Engineer 3 to join the Facilities Operations Team in Bentonville, AR. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across client sites.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in commercial building maintenance, EPA Type I/II certification, and strong troubleshooting skills. On-call rotation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in commercial building maintenance or related trades.
• Strong HVAC/R background with troubleshooting and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• EPA Certification Type I and Type II required; Universal CFC preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and facility systems.
• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems and building components.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting operations or safety.
• Update work orders in real time using Corrigo CMMS and maintain maintenance records.
• Respond to service calls and support uptime across client locations.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Mobile Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer 3, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting commercial building maintenance, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and general facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, commercial maintenance experience, and the ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple building systems, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile Engineer 3
Location: Bentonville, AR
Pay Range: $31 to $33/hr
Schedule: Standard business hours with on-call availability (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical distribution equipment, and building components.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions that may impact building operations, safety, or client occupancy.
• Update work orders in real time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Respond to service calls, complete assigned repairs, and support operational uptime across multiple client locations.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 4+ years of technical experience in commercial building maintenance, facility engineering, or related trades.
• Strong HVAC/R background with experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems.
• EPA Certification (Type I and Type II required; Universal CFC preferred or obtainable within 90 days of employment).
