ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the Facilities Operations team supporting 15-18 retail sites across the Akron area. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, solve problems, and communicate effectively to keep facilities running smoothly.

This role requires HVAC, electrical, and building systems experience, EPA certification, and the ability to travel within a 30–40 mile radius. The position offers comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial maintenance, HVAC, or electrical experience.
• Universal EPA Certification (required).
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills with working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel between locations within a 30-40 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across 15-18 retail sites.
• Conduct compliance inspections and ensure facilities meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain, service, and repair HVAC equipment, including inspections, cleaning, adjustments, and component replacements.
• Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance situations while resolving recurring facility issues.
• Coordinate with and oversee third-party vendors performing specialized maintenance services.

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across 15-18 retail sites.

• Maintain, service, and repair HVAC equipment, including inspections, cleaning, adjustments, and component replacements.

What’s Needed?
