Job summary

ABC Companies seeks a Mobile Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches and other commercial vehicles at customer sites. Working from a company-provided mobile service vehicle, you will perform advanced diesel, electrical, HVAC, and electronic diagnostics in the field, delivering professional service and ensuring high uptime for customers.

The role requires travel, including overnight stays, and a strong focus on safety, documentation, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines on motorcoaches and heavy vehicles.
• Strong field service and customer interactions in a mobile setting.
• Ability to work independently in the field with safety and quality in mind.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches and commercial vehicles.
• Operate a mobile service vehicle to provide on-site technical support and repair services.
• Document findings, repairs, and parts used in work orders and communicate with customers.
• Maintain a well-equipped mobile vehicle and ensure service readiness.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship on all repairs.
