Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Diesel Technician or Heavy Truck Technician required.
• Able to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations or in the field.
• CDL and ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs at customer locations, roadside, or facilities.
• Respond to dispatched service calls promptly and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain service truck inventory and accurately document labor hours.
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and status; complete all service records.
