Mobile Diesel Technician I - $3000 New Hire Bonus

Join us at Fleet Services by Cox Automotive as a Mobile Diesel Technician I. We offer a $3000 New Hire Bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 1pm-11pm

Fleet Services, headquartered in Indianapolis, is one of the largest fleet maintenance companies in the country, providing on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, and light repairs on vehicles in a mobile environment.
• Assist with repairs and learn advanced mechanical skills and diagnostics.
• Manage parts inventory and operate company vehicle safely.
• Document work and communicate effectively with clients and management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ related experience.
• Required tools and OEM certifications preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and background screening.
• Valid driver’s license, at least 21 years old.

Certifications:

• ASE T8 (PMI) certification required within 18 months.
