Job summary

Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is actively seeking a Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician to service fleets on-site. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, including emergency roadside service when needed.

You’ll work with a company-provided service truck, use advanced tools, and join a team that values skill, drive, and dedication to keep America moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on diesel tech experience.
• DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift heavy components.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow-up repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in a mobile field environment.
• Handle emergency road service calls with urgency.
• Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems.
