The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the fleet for clients and handling service calls at client locations. Provide service to our customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance, visual inspection, removal of parts and attachments, installation with manuals, report writing, disassembly, assembly, parts reuse evaluation, and reconditioning.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all aspects of equipment according to company standards.
• Handle basic truck maintenance, including fueling, oil checks, cleaning, and inspections.
• Manage inventory control for the service truck and keep it stocked.
• Report to the Service Manager and perform assigned duties daily.
• Be available for after-hours service calls and flexible schedules.
• Maintain and inventory tools required for diesel engine truck maintenance.
• Read job orders, observe vehicle operation, and determine malfunction.
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical information for repairs.
• Perform repairs such as replacing injectors, pistons, liners, and more.
• Complete diagnostic and documentation tasks on the company's computer system.
• Check safety devices and make adjustments as needed.
• Lubricate parts, verify repairs, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document work accurately and timely.
• Respond to customer inquiries and foster positive relations.
• Advise customers on future repairs or services.
• Participate in training and apply learned skills.
