Amerit Fleet Solutions in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Diesel & Automotive Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, repair and maintain fleet vehicles. The role offers a $34.00–$48.00 hourly rate with weekly pay and full benefits within 30 days.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on diesel and automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must meet physical demands and pass required screenings.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and tools.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations.
