Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers.
• Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Explain, research, and resolve technology issues on the vehicle using Autel procedures.
