Job summary

SAIC seeks a Mobile Developer / MDM Engineer in Sterling, VA for a hybrid role with 2 days on-site weekly. You will lead Intune administration, Endpoint Manager, and device provisioning, while collaborating in an Agile environment. Strong Azure security skills and Windows Server management are essential.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. Target salary range applies.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree required with 2–5 years in systems engineering, administration, and MDM.
• Experience maintaining, monitoring, and configuring MDM systems.
• Experience in Azure-based security solutions (Security Center, Sentinel).
• Experience managing AD Security Groups, OU,s DNS, and GPO.
• Experience in InTune AutoPilot for modern device provisioning and deployment.
• Windows Server administration and problem resolution.
• Understanding of Micro Service Architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

SAIC is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Mobile Developer / MDM Engineer to join our team to continue an exciting and challenging career in Sterling, VA.

This position is hybrid and will require 2 days per week on-site in Sterling, VA.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Intune administration and engineering, including policy creation and management, application deployment, device compliance, and conditional access configurations.

• Use modern software engineering tools including VS Code, Gitlab, and Atlassian Suites for ticketing and documentation, development, and testing software.

• Implement and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune + SCCM) for comprehensive endpoint management.

• Manage device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access across the enterprise.

• Administer InTune AutoPilot for modern device provisioning and deployment.

• Participate in daily scrums and code reviews.

• Utilize Azure Automation and Intune to manage and secure cloud-based and on-premises Windows workstations and servers, ensuring they are patched to correct levels.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 systems and Windows 11 PC images in both Azure and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• B.S. degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, administration, and MDM Engineering.

• Experience maintaining, monitoring, and configuring MDM systems.

• Experience in the design and implementation of Azure-based security solutions, including Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.

• Experience managing Active Directory Security Groups, Ous, DNS, and GPO.

• Experience in InTune AutoPilot administration for modern device provisioning and deployment.

• Windows Server administration and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve system problems.

• Understanding of Micro Service Architecture.

• Unit Test and End-to-End test development.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience working on an agile team such as Scrum.

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field is a plus.

• Constructing and debugging CI/CD build Pipelines for mobile targets.

• Understanding how REST APIs work.

Customer Requirements

• Clearance – Ability to obtain and hold a public trust position and favorable suitability based on a CBP Background Investigation.

• Citizenship – Must be a US Citizen.

• Location – On-site in Sterling, VA - 2 days per week.

Target salary range: $60,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
