Job summary

CHS Corporate is seeking an engineer to perform Mobile Device Management tasks at an engineer level. You will create engineering level documentation for system administration, operations and support staff, and mentor junior staff on policy and procedure requirements.

This role requires adherence to standards and procedures, development of build documentation for deployment using Visio, Draw.io, Word, Excel and PowerShell, and collaboration with other teams to review changes and ensure production

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years IT experience; 4+ years enterprise level experience.
• 5+ years IT experience; 6+ years enterprise level experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, LibreOffice and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to defined standards.
• Follow policies and procedures (CRQ, INC, PM, etc.).
• Develop build documentation for deployment.
• Create engineering level documentation for systems.
• Mentor others and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
• Create proofs of concept and production rollouts.
