Job summary

AnaVation LLC is seeking a software developer to join a high-performing team focused on mobile device forensic analysis and reverse engineering. You will design, develop, test, and integrate software features as part of a globally distributed group, interfacing with data architects to ensure robust data models and scalable solutions.

The position is hybrid (mostly remote) with up to two days on-site in Lorton, VA, and requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and a CI polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Six+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Proficient with Python, C, C++ and other programming languages.
• Mobile app development or systems experience; iOS preferred.
• Expertise in Git and source control management.
• Relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.
• Experience with mobile device forensic analysis, decompiling, and raw binary data.
• Experience with Agile development teams and issue tracking software.
• Experience with industry RE tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, JEB, Hopper).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
