Job summary

Inclusively is partnering with a global professional services company to hire a Mobile Developer. This role is with the partner company, not an internal Inclusively position.

You will develop mobile applications and help shape mobile architectures while coordinating with clients and offshore teams. Requirements include ≥5 years as a software engineer, 2+ years in native iOS/Android or React Native/Flutter, 1 year using AI tools in SDLC, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and hands-on full‑stack

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Minimum 1 year experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

The work:

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a software engineer
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a software engineer
• Minimum 1 year experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
• Have contributed to at least one mobile application and be able to describe those contributions
• Hands-on full-stack development experience with NestJS/Node and/or web experience with React

Annual Salary Range - $66,300 to $205,800
