Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Team Manager to lead a mobile dental team delivering care directly to patients in their homes or care facilities. You’ll oversee operations, scheduling, compliance, and patient experiences, coordinating with a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant.

Travel daily with the team; manage day-to-day performance and drive growth in a fast-paced startup. Competitive base $65,000–$75,000 plus a 20% quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience.
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus).
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus).
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus).
• Familiarity with dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile dental team to deliver chairside patient care and support to the dentist.
• Oversee scheduling, operations, and patient experiences across locations.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies.
• Manage stakeholder interactions including facilities and power of attorney where applicable.
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality of care across the mobile team.
