Enable Dental, Inc. seeks a Clinical Team Manager to lead our mobile dental team—Dentist or Hygienist and Dental Assistant—delivering care directly to patients in homes or care facilities.

You will own operations, scheduling, patient experience, and compliance, all while traveling daily with your team to ensure seamless care and excellent outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of dental experience.
• Active state-level dental assistant certification preferred.
• Chairside assisting experience and mobile dentistry familiarity preferred.
• Ability to travel daily with the team and manage field operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mobile dental team delivering high-quality care to patients in homes and facilities.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, compliance, and patient experience.
• Coordinate with Dentist or Hygienist and Dental Assistant to ensure seamless care.
