Enable Dental is building a mobile dental service to reach patients in facilities and homes. We’re seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead a small dental team, ensure compliant, smooth operations, and deliver exceptional patient experiences in the field.

You will travel with your team, chairside support when needed, and handle scheduling, equipment logistics, and stakeholder communication to grow a fast-scaling practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
• Familiarity with dental practice management software

Responsibilities

• Travel daily with your team to patient locations
• Support the doctor chairside and manage daily success
• Lift and transport dental equipment and supplies
• Drive a company van and maintain a clean driving record
