Job summary

Capitol Dental in Salem, Oregon seeks a Mobile Dental Unit Driver/Coordinator to drive the clinic van, support patient care, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role involves transportation, logistics, and administrative duties across Marion County.

Responsibilities include coordinating clinic days, maintaining supplies, performing vehicle inspections, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic function and high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license required.
• Pre-employment drug screening.
• At least two years of large-vehicle driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Mobile Dental Clinic van safely to and from scheduled clinic sites.
• Assist with daily operations of the mobile clinic, including supporting patient care and clinic flow as needed.
• Coordinate logistical planning for clinic days, including set-up, breakdown, and site coordination.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and comply with infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
• Monitor and maintain on-board inventory of dental supplies and housekeeping items.
• Manage the mobile unit’s operational systems, including water tanks and wastewater disposal.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and arrange maintenance as needed.
• Procure supplies and assist with administrative tasks necessary to operate the mobile clinic efficiently.
