Job summary

ExcelHealth is seeking a full-time operations lead for a mobile dental clinic. You will oversee daily clinic operations, supervise staff, assist chairside, and coordinate travel to facilities across regions. You will ensure accurate patient notes, maintain equipment, and train new hires.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, strong leadership, and willingness to travel on a daily basis. Competitive salary with benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, walking, bending).
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
• No smoking, vaping, or similar products in company vehicles.
• Schedules are sent out 30 days in advance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a mobile dental clinic.
• Supervise staff (assistants, transporters) and manage scheduling, timecards, and breaks.
• Assist the dentist chairside and transport patients as needed.
• Maintain and sanitize clinic equipment, truck, and generator per company standards.
• Travel daily to facilities (some out-of-state travel may be required).
• Ensure accurate same-day input of patient treatment notes.
• Provide emergency team coverage when needed.
• Train new hires.
