Job summary

MCHWC Organization seeks a Facilities Coordinator & Mobile Clinic Driver to operate and maintain our facilities and mobile dental clinic. You will ensure safe, compliant environments across multiple sites, coordinate repairs, and oversee the mobile unit's setup, maintenance, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5 years (minimum) of experience in direct Facilities Coordination.
• Valid California Drivers License, transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to plan and direct work of skilled or semi-skilled workers.
• Must be able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities across Marin City, Bayview, and San Rafael for appearance, function, and reliability.
• Oversee mobile dental van maintenance, safety, and scheduling of routine service.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, track work, and ensure safety compliance.
• Support emergency response readiness and facilities-related logistics across all sites.
