Job summary

Lumina HealthCare in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Mobile Dental Assistant for full or part-time hours. The role requires traveling by company van to multiple facilities within a designated territory and assisting the dentist during treatment.

You will prepare clinical carts, sterilize instruments, check patient IDs, and help manage patient records while maintaining infection control. Driving, lifting, and flexible scheduling with overtime are involved.

Qualifications

• Dental Certificate and X-ray Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Two years’ dental assistant experience preferred; training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dentist in post-acute care settings and mobile rounds across facilities.
• Prepare clinical cart and supplies for the day’s schedule and sterilize instruments.
• Drive to and from facilities in company vehicle and check in with staff.
• Maintain patient records, verify patient identification, and ensure infection control.
