Job summary

Meetsta is seeking a Data Architect/Engineer to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. You will work with a team of engineers to push mobile technologies to the limit on iOS.

You will design architectures, collaborate across functions, and ensure robust, scalable delivery in a fast-paced startup environment. Equity-based compensation is offered, with US-specific eligibility noted in the process.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject at an accredited college.
• Experience in Data Engineering and expertise in mobile technologies.
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and languages.
• Startup environment requires strong work ethic and adaptability.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
