Black Box is expanding its national data center footprint and seeks a dynamic Project Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations onsite across US data center projects. You will drive safety culture, conduct inspections, mentor teams, and oversee incident investigations while collaborating with Corporate EHS and clients.

The role requires 8+ years of EHS leadership in construction, OSHA 30, and willingness to travel nationwide to support major deployments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field (or BCSP certification).
• OSHA 30 is required; OSHA 500/510 strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in construction; strong safety leadership.

Mansioni

• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead EHS activities: inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor EHS Specialists and Safety Coordinators; deliver onboarding and coaching.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Manage EHS documentation, metrics, and reporting; coordinate with client partners.
