Job summary

Kona Ice Cville is hiring Customer Service Reps for the 2025 season as part- or full-time positions. We operate as a mobile shaved ice vendor serving Albemarle, Charlottesville and surrounding counties, including UVA and local festivals. Roles are outdoors with flexible hours and tipping potential.

Ideal candidates are personable, dependable, able to work quickly, and comfortable handling cash or card payments. Training provided, and transportation to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
• Able to do simple math for cash transactions and process credit card payments using Square.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at outdoor venues and events.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning the truck and prep area as needed.
