Job summary

Kona Ice of Central VA is seeking friendly team members to operate a mobile shaved ice truck during our busy season from March through October. We welcome college students or anyone seeking seasonal income and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate classes or other jobs.

Ideal candidates drive the Kona Ice truck to events, greet guests with positivity, take orders quickly, and follow sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with positivity and enthusiasm.
• Drive Kona Ice truck to events.
• Take orders quickly and accurately.
• Follow sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Perform basic cleaning of units and equipment.
• Accept payments and operate Square POS.
• Reliable transportation and on-your-feet stamina.
