Job summary

Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable Mobile / Float Custodian to provide coverage at multiple locations in the greater Grand Rapids area. The role offers both full-time (40 hours) and part-time (20–35 hours) schedules with shifts starting between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM and ending around 12:30–2:30 AM, at a pay rate of $18.50/hour.

You will perform custodial duties, clean and sanitize spaces, restock supplies, and operate cleaning equipment with training provided; travel between sites

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between job sites.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening (including THC).
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in schools, offices, manufacturing and medical settings.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations up to one hour away as needed.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties at multiple locations as assigned
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Restock supplies as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Communicate regularly with regional manager.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
