Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix seeks a CT Technologist for the Barrow Emergency Stroke Treatment Unit. You will perform CT scans in a mobile ER setting, ensuring rapid imaging and accurate documentation to support stroke care.

Active ARRT CT certification with AZ CRT and ARRT credentials, plus BLS, are required. The role requires 24/7 availability and relocation support for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification or equivalent radiologic technologist program completed.
• CT ARRT certification and AZ licensure requirements met.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers current.
• AZ Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile CT scans per protocols including trauma, perfusion, routine neuro.
• Document exams in RadNet and PACS; complete incident and contrast forms.
• Assist Radiologist with scans and procedures; prepare patient and IV access.
• Maintain ALARA safety practices and accurate protocol management.
• Collaborate with stroke team to deliver timely imaging in mobile setting.
