Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences required.
• At least 2 years experience in a community mental health setting preferred.
• Current Alabama driver's license and good driving record required.
• Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ensure all assigned duties comply with IRBH and ADMH policies.
• Assist clients through crisis situations.
• Document client interactions within 2 business days.
