Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. seeks a Mobile Crisis Team Supervisor to lead a 24/7 crisis response team across NYC, ensuring rapid assessment, crisis planning, and coordinated care.

This role demands strong supervisory skills and the ability to travel within the five boroughs. The candidate should hold a Master’s in Social Work, be licensed LCSW/LMHC, and ideally have SIFI certification, with a track record in crisis services and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Must be licensed LCSW or LMHC.
• SIFI Certified preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV history (3 years driving, no DWI).
• Minimum 1 year crisis management experience in 24/7 settings.
• Two years of supervisory experience in the mental health field.
• Operational oversight, staff evaluation, and team-building competencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mobile Crisis employees.
• Provide immediate telephonic crisis assessment and necessitate face-to-face response.
• Develop or revise Crisis Plans for new recipients in Person Centered Plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community re-entry across levels of care.
• Familiar with agency policies, emergency services, and medication administration regulations.
