Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. in Jackson Heights, NY seeks a Mobile Crisis Team Supervisor to oversee crisis response operations and staff in a 24/7 program serving the five boroughs.

The role focuses on coordinating crisis management, ensuring timely evaluations and care transitions, and maintaining high-quality supervision. Applicants should have a Master’s in social work and be licensed LCSW; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work is required or preferred.
• Must be licensed LCSW in good standing.
• SIFI certification may be preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mobile Crisis employees.
• Provide immediate telephonic crisis assessment and arrange face-to-face response as needed.
• Develop crisis plans for recipients new to the public service system or revise existing plans.
• Coordinate movement across levels of care and discharge planning.
• Familiar with TA, Inc. policies and procedures including emergency services and medication administration.
