Job summary

Sound is seeking a Mobile Crisis Supervisor to lead our Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Teams (MRRCT) at the Auburn clinic. You will supervise clinicians, provide direct mental health services, and coordinate with emergency responders to deliver timely crisis interventions.

The role requires a master’s degree and minimum three years of clinical experience with supervision, with strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills. In-office schedule is Tue–Sat, 8:00am–4:30pm, in Auburn, WA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling-related field.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience as a clinician with supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to the program and interns.
• Deliver direct clinical services including assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
• Oversee team hiring, training, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, funding, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with community agencies to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
