Canvas Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis Services Manager to lead the county-wide Mobile Crisis Services system, ensuring 24/7 response and a robust on-call structure. The role includes clinical supervision of co-responders, program oversight, and collaboration with law enforcement across multiple counties in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with clinical emphasis (e.g., Psychologist, LICSW, LMFT).
• Minnesota state license required and eligibility for insurance provider panels.
• Ability to provide Mental Health Supervision for at least one Mental Health Board.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in community-based counseling.
• Experience in supervision or program development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Canvas Health Mobile Crisis Services, including 24/7 response and night/weekend on-call coverage.
• Provide clinical supervision to embedded co-responders and oversee mobile crisis programs.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and community partners to ensure safe, effective crisis intervention.
• Partner with division directors to set program priorities, policies, and procedures.

Salary

This area has been designated as a Recruitment Desert. Employees who primarily work in a recruitment desert will receive a15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range).

Base Salary: $83,193.62 - $96,329.45/annually

Base salary + Recruitment Desert differential: $95,672.66 - $110,778.87/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Canvas Health County Mobile Crisis Services system including 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response including the mental health backup on-call system for evenings and weekends. This position is responsible for working with division directors to establish program priorities, policies, and procedures. The position provides clinical supervision to Embedded Co-responders, Oversight of Canvas Health Mobile Crisis programs, and coordination with law enforcement in area that Canvas Health serves.

Location

Scott County, Anoka County, Carver County and McLeod Counties

Schedule

Between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday - some phone support 24/7

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional (e.g., Psychologist, Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Marriage/Family Therapist) with an emphasis on clinical practice
• Minnesota State license required and eligibility for approval for insurance providers
• Ability to provide Mental Health Supervision for at least one Mental Health Board.
• 5 years clinical experience in community-based counseling
• Experience in clinical supervision/program development

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive Cultural training
• Training in short-term therapeutic models
• Experience in delivering crisis services with in-home experience
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Awareness of county resources
• Experience working with County grants
