Job summary

Canvas Health in Fridley, MN, is seeking a fully licensed clinician to join a mobile crisis response team. The role provides crisis assessment, intervention, and therapeutic services across in-home, office, and telehealth settings.

40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and Minnesota licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LP/LPCC).

Qualifications

• MSW/MFT/Psychology/Clinical Counseling master’s degree or higher required.
• Must possess a current and valid Minnesota licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LP/LPCC).
• Experience with crisis services and diverse populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to triage and determine mobile crisis response needs.
• Provide diagnostic and crisis assessments and crisis intervention as indicated.
• Deliver services in-home, in-office, and via telehealth.

$5,000 Retention Bonus!!

The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $5,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after the completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must maintain employment in this position for at least twelve months. The bonus is non-transferable to other roles.

Salary

Clinician - Fully Licensed

Base Salary: $68,755.06 - $79,611.12/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.

Minimum Qualifications

Clinician

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
• Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
