Job summary

NorthKey Community Care is seeking Mobile Crisis Responders for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Covington, KY. Roles are on-site, full- or part-time, with weekend and holiday rotation. Respond to crises in the community, work with a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate care plans and transportation for clients.

The position offers a supportive team environment, in-service training, and benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, and potential PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
• Peer Support Certification preferred.
• HS diploma with 1+ year experience in behavioral health may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Respond in person as part of a team to crises in homes, schools, hospitals and other locations.
• De-escalate crises and develop safety plans with clients.
• Assist in planning care and arranging hospitalization or outpatient resources.
• Address functional challenges and identify gaps in care.
• Provide client education to promote better functioning and skills development.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and connect to resources.
