Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC in Concord, NH is seeking a Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional to offer on-site crisis support for organizations and employees impacted by workplace disruptions. This contractor role allows for a flexible schedule and personalized support.

Ideal candidates must be independently licensed in New Hampshire, possess a minimum of a master’s degree in mental health, and have malpractice insurance coverage. R3 will provide necessary training for those without approved CIR training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of New Hampshire (LCMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C’s Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
