Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Milford is seeking a Peer Specialist for Mobile Crisis Intervention. You will use your lived experience to support individuals and families, share recovery information, and help connect them with community resources.

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours, Monday–Friday, first shift. Pay: $22.27/hour plus $1 CPS and $2 CARC. Benefits include health/dental/vision, FSAs, holidays, vacation, retirement plan, and Employee Assistance Plan.

Qualifications

• Supports individuals and families in crisis
• Provides recovery information and psychoeducation
• Helps connect to community resources

Responsibilities

• Convey hope and provide psychoeducation about recovery and crisis self-management
• Assist in arranging services after MCI intervention and support transitions
• Provide services in MCI and Adult CCS as staffing allows
