Job summary

EPIC Health Partners, LLC is recruiting Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join its Mobile Crisis Program in the Richmond area. The role focuses on crisis assessments, intervention, stabilization, and connecting individuals to timely, person-centered care in the community.

These LMHPs work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering direct crisis services, completing timely documentation, and coordinating with internal and external behavioral health resources.

Qualifications

• Active registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
• DBHDS Statewide Crisis Training Certification.
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; Virginia license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist).
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Background check, Central Registry clearance, and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct crisis intervention and stabilization services in the community.
• Develop and implement ISPs with treatment team.
• Use de-escalation techniques and provide basic mental health education.
• Document service notes within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Ensure documentation is signed and charts remain compliant.
• Coordinate care through referrals and discharge planning.
• Maintain DBHDS standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, training, and quality improvement.
