Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is required.
• At least one year in mental health, crisis services, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, on-site crisis intervention and support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop crisis plans.
• Link individuals to community services and coordinate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify high-risk factors and consult QMHP when appropriate.
• Participate in trainings, meetings and professional development.
• Maintain accurate service documentation per agency standards.
