Crisis Services is a 24-hour crisis center in Erie County, NY, seeking Mobile Crisis Counselors to respond to mental health emergencies in the community. You will provide on-site crisis intervention, conduct assessments, and coordinate with the broader crisis response network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or other human service-related field plus one year of supervised experience in a mental health or human service setting.
• Associate’s degree in human services-related field plus a minimum of three years of applicable professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis intervention and assessments for individuals in crisis or emergency mental health situations.
• Support client safety, suicide prevention, and hospital diversion as primary goals of the program.
