Job summary

DeCoach Recovery is seeking a Mobile Crisis Behavioral Health Counselor to join the Greene County Mobile Crisis Team in Fairborn, OH. This full-time professional role runs Monday through Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to deliver immediate mental health crisis interventions and treatment planning.

You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group counseling, maintain documentation, and participate in supervision

Qualifications

• Degree or credential as Mental Health Counselor or equivalent (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) per state regulations.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with rapport-building across diverse clients.
• Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling using strengths-based and person-centered approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
