Job summary

Coleman Health Services in Ohio seeks a licensed independent social worker or licensed professional counselor to deliver crisis intervention and counseling to adults and families in community settings. The Mobile Crisis Counselor will travel throughout Highland, Ross, Pickaway, Fayette, and Pike Counties to assess crises, plan safety, and coordinate follow-up care.

The role supports adults in crisis, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm and a starting salary of $65,000 plus a robust

Qualifications

• Master's degree and LISW/LPCC licensure as required.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Eligible for or possess an NPI and Ohio Medicaid number.
• Valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Duties of Adult Mobile Crisis Counselor: Dedicated crisis counselor for adults in crisis.
• Travel across Highland, Ross, Pickaway, Fayette and Pike Counties to provide crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow-up care.
• Provide brief interventions along with ongoing assessment and linkage to services.
